GENERAL
By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to the conditions, ticket conditions, admission rules, privacy policy and regulations set out below.
The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 cannot be held liable in the event of cancellation, strike, non-play, postponement, or the Event or any of the matches forming part of it not taking place.
The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 reserves the right to change the start times/days of sessions and matches in the programme.
At the start of ticket sales for WK BEACH 2027, the programme of matches and playing times has not yet been determined. The final match schedule, including the specific matches per session, will only be announced after the draw.
The Organisation reserves the right, in the event of a change of venue, to move Ticket Holders to another section within the same category. By purchasing a
Ticket, the Visitor agrees to this possibility and is not entitled to a refund solely on the basis of such a change.
By purchasing a Ticket, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts that they may be purchasing a Ticket for a session for which the participants are not yet known at the time of purchase. No refund will be provided and no Ticket exchange will be permitted on the basis of a preference for a specific match or participating teams.
Damage suffered on the Event site cannot be recovered from the organisation of WK BEACH 2027.
The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 cannot accept responsibility for minors.
Persons who cannot be held responsible for their own actions must be accompanied by a supervisor who is responsible for them.
Visitors who disrupt the Event in any way, or cause damage or personal injury, are personally liable for this and may also be removed from the Event.
The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 reserves the right, in advance and without stating reasons, to deny persons or organisations access to the Event site(s).
Visitors are required to follow all instructions displayed on (warning) signs and all instructions given by the Organisation and its staff.
THE AGREEMENT
The Agreement is concluded when the Buyer has completed the purchase process for a Ticket on the Website and has received a confirmation email from the organisation of WK BEACH 2027. No later than two weeks before the Event, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email containing the Ticket.
During the ordering process, the Buyer provides the personal data required by the organisation of WK BEACH 2027 to deliver a Ticket to the Buyer. The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 makes every effort to ensure that all information in the purchasing process is correct and up to date. The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 is not liable for the consequences of providing incorrect or incomplete information during the ordering process.
Each Agreement is concluded exclusively in Dutch or English and is archived electronically by the organisation of WK BEACH 2027. The customer may request a copy from the organisation of WK BEACH 2027.
Under the Agreement, payment of the Purchase Price gives the Buyer access to a (sporting) Event held at a specific time and date. The Agreement is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. After purchase, the Buyer cannot return the Ticket to the organisation of WK BEACH 2027.
PRICE AND COSTS
For each Ticket, the Buyer must pay the Purchase Price to the organisation of WK BEACH 2027.
The costs depend on the type of Ticket, the match, the day, the session and the type of Visitor.
A handling fee of EUR 2.50 (including 9% VAT) will be charged per order.
TICKET CONDITIONS
Each Ticket constitutes evidence of one right of admission to the specified Event for one adult or child. The Ticket will be provided by the organisation of WK BEACH 2027 to the Buyer by sending an e-ticket/mobile ticket with a unique barcode no later than two weeks before the Event.
To gain access to the specified Event venue(s), the Buyer must allow a staff member to scan the barcode on the Ticket. Each barcode can only be scanned once per venue. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the Ticket secure so that another person cannot make unauthorised use of the Ticket barcode.
The organisation of WK BEACH 2027 does not guarantee that all matches forming part of the Event will be played on the date and at the time stated on the Ticket.
The Buyer may purchase a maximum of 20 Tickets per session. The Buyer may resell Tickets to friends or family without adding a profit margin. If the Buyer resells a Ticket, the Buyer must inform the purchaser that they are required to comply with the General Terms and Conditions. The Buyer guarantees that the purchaser will comply with them.
Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes. If the Buyer is a company and wishes to purchase Tickets for the Event in order to invite guests, this is permitted; however, the Tickets may not be used for any form of promotion, sweepstakes, lottery, marketing and/or sales purposes. The Ticket may be invalidated or the Visitor may be removed if, in the reasonable opinion of the organisation of WK BEACH 2027, the Buyer acts in breach of one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions + Regulations. If the Organisation exercises this right, the Buyer loses the right of access to any of the Event sites and is not entitled to a refund of the Purchase Price.
Tickets for persons with reduced mobility will be made available separately for disabled fans who require accessible seating. A separate stand/platform will be provided at the Event venue for this purpose. They may order one accessible Ticket and one companion Ticket per person through the Ticket Shop.
The Organiser aims to operate as efficiently as possible and will therefore not issue physical Tickets. No later than two weeks before the Event, each Ticket Holder will receive the Ticket(s) in digital form. These will be emailed to the Ticket Holder.
Scanning the Ticket on a Ticket Holder's mobile device is entirely at the Ticket Holder's own risk. The Organiser is not liable if a Ticket cannot be scanned, and in such a case the Ticket Holder is not entitled to a refund of the Ticket amount and/or compensation.
Tickets remain the property of the Organiser at all times.
Reselling or transferring Tickets, or offering or advertising Tickets for resale or transfer, whether free of charge or for consideration, is strictly prohibited.
It is, however, permitted to:
Transfer Tickets to other natural persons (whose details will be linked to the Tickets online), provided that:o
the Tickets are for personal use;
the transfer is never made for an amount exceeding the Ticket price as published on the Website plus any handling fee paid by the new Ticket Buyer; and
through the transfer of the Tickets, third parties agree to the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
Unless the Organiser has granted a written exemption, the Tickets must not:
be used for any form of promotion, advertising, fundraising, auction, lottery or any other similar commercial or non-commercial purpose;
be used as a prize (or part of a prize), giveaway in a competition, (promotional) game of chance, lottery or prize draw;
be combined with and sold as part of a package of goods or services; or
be combined with and sold as part of a travel or hospitality package (e.g. by combining flights, hotels and Tickets or other products or services).
Ticket Holders are not permitted to:
seek any association (for example through advertising, marketing, promotion, etc.) with the Event, the FIVB, or any other commercial entity;
advertise, promote, give away, distribute, sell or offer for sale any products or services in any part of the venue, or publicly display commercial messages on clothing worn or items brought into the venue.
For the avoidance of doubt: during the Event, a Ticket Holder may not display any brand that could be used for promotional or marketing purposes unless the Organiser has expressly granted prior permission to do so.
Tickets obtained or used in breach of these General Terms and Conditions will be invalidated without any right to a refund, and any person attempting to use such a Ticket will be regarded as a trespasser and will be denied admission or removed from the venue and may be held legally liable. Any unauthorised sale or transfer of Tickets may be reported to the police by the Organiser.

In situations where the house and admission rules do not provide sufficient guidance, the Organisation will decide.
REFUSAL OF ADMISSION
If the organisation of WK BEACH 2027 has exercised its right to refuse admission and remove a Visitor, as described in the Ticket Conditions, it may impose an admission ban on the Visitor. This admission ban means that the Visitor may not attend events of WK BEACH 2027. The scope of the admission ban depends on the seriousness of the conduct that resulted in the refusal of admission or removal from one of the Event sites. The customer will be notified in writing of an Admission Refusal Decision.
If the organisation of WK BEACH 2027 has imposed an Admission Refusal Decision on the Visitor, the Visitor may lodge an objection with the Organisation. The objection does not suspend the imposed refusal of admission. The Visitor must submit the notice of objection in writing and by registered mail. The notice of objection must be received by the Organisation within 14 days of the date of the Admission Refusal Decision. If the Visitor submits the notice of objection too late, the Organisation will declare the objection inadmissible.
