Conditions of Sale

By paying the entrance fee, the visitor agrees to the following conditions: both the privacy policy of Nevobo and the user conditions and the privacy policy of CM.com.

Adjustments in program and offer

• De Nevobo reserves the right to change the starting times of parts in the program.
• The Nevobo reserves the right to change the prices of the tickets.
• The Nevobo can not be held liable in the event of cancellation, strike, non-playing or non-playing of a match. The cost of the entrance fee will not be reimbursed.

Safety, damage and responsibilities

• Using or carrying weapons or sharp objects is prohibited. In case of possession of weapons, the police will be notified at all times without consultation.
• The Nevobo and/or other organizing parties can carry out a bag check at any time.
• Visitors who disrupt the event in any way, cause damage or personal injury, will be held personally liable for this and may be denied access to the event.
• It is not allowed to bring banners with hurtful texts or political statements.
• It is not allowed to bring objects that could cause hearing damage (eg vuvuzelas, gas pressure horns).
• Visitors are obliged to follow all instructions on (warning) signs and directions of the Nevoboop.
• Damage suffered in the sports hall / event area cannot be recovered from the Nevobo.
• The Nevobo cannot take responsibility for minors.
• Persons who cannot be held responsible for their own actions must be accompanied by a supervisor who is responsible for these persons.

Communication

Recordings are made at Nevobo competitions. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor gives the organization permission to use images (photo and video) on which he/she appears for communication purposes.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available online. Depending on the event, certain payment methods may or may not be available:

• iDEAL (ING, Rabobank, SNS bank, Friesland bank, ASN bank, Triodos bank, van Lanschot bankiers and ABN-Amrobank). For more information about this payment method, see www.ideal.nl or the website of your own bank.

Your purchase

• Immediately after your purchase is complete and payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from CM.com. Depending on the event, you will receive your e-ticket directly or at a later time in your mailbox. Your e-ticket is the ticket to the chosen event.
• It is forbidden to resell the tickets.
• Copying this e-ticket is as pointless as it is prohibited. Each ticket has a unique barcode, which is scanned at the entrance and can only be used once.
• The Nevobo can set a limit to the number of cards that can be ordered at a time or in total.
• The Nevobo can sell different ticket types per event.

Incorrect Order Policy

• Always check your purchase or reservation for quantity, date and price before it is confirmed.
• CM.com does not return purchases, unless otherwise agreed with the competition organization.
• If it is suspected that incorrect information has been provided, CM.com can block your purchase or reservation.
• CM.com is not liable for damage resulting from the provision of incorrect information.

Statutory trial period

We only sell time-bound tickets via the event website. As a result, the sales do not fall under the statutory trial period of 14 working days within which a purchase can be undone.

Privacy Policy: Security

• The sales page for the event is secured using SSL (Secure SocketLayer) which protects your personal information and makes it unreadable while it is being sent over the internet. CM.com uses payment methods approved by the banks.
• Neither CM.com nor the event organization stores your credit card information. This data is only sent encrypted to the credit card companies.
• Nevobo or CM.om is not liable for damage resulting from the provision of incorrect information.
